An unquenched thirst,
Haunts me,
On a path cursed,
Unaware I walk,
Ignorantly,
Fed by lies,
Of a perfectly,
Never ending life,

“Do you then think that We had created you without purpose, and that you would never be returned to Us?”

Quran 23:115

Cars of different colours,
To live in big houses,
I worship myself,
My career,
My beauty,
My money,
My intellect,
Gods I neglect,
In times of ease,
And only worship,
When hardships arrive,
Sometimes I worship,
My own greed,
At times I worship,
Gods that I feed,
University taught me,
Everything,
Except to not blindly,
Worship men, stones and idols,

Creations just like me “…they replied, “We found our forefathers worshipping them..”

Quran 21:53

Hearts,
Blinded,
By private parts,
And tummies,
To think we were created,
Only to satisfy these,
Do we not perceive?
The Sun and The Moon,
Moving east to the west,
Stars and Oceans,
The beauty they possess,
Mountains and Nature,
My dear!
Isn’t it a tad too clear,
These are artworks,
Of an Almighty Creator?

“..Our Lord! You have not created all of this without purpose. Glory be to You!..”

Quran 3:191

Signs are clear,
If the heart is sincere,
Pushing away ego,
In search for the Truth,
While death spares no youth,
This world is a journey,
Towards a land of eternity,
Named hereafter,
My beloved may you ponder,
A Throne,
Can only belong to,
One King,
Not three,
All praise be,
To The One who created,
Muhammad and Mary,
Buddha and Jesus.

“Exalted is Allah, the True King! There is no God worthy of worship except Him, the Lord of the Honourable Throne.”

Quran 23:116
