Enter & present your Salams at the most beautiful of gates to the Most Beautiful of Creation. Such a noble host and such a generous reception. Everyone is invited. No one is turned away. The saints, the pious, the distressed, the generous and the stingy. Come drink as long as there is an iota of longing and desire for reunion. But it hurts that we only want to receive and have abandoned his call of giving without fear.

Ummati Ummati!
My Ummah, My Ummah!

Concern and unconditional love saturates the air in Madinah.
What is here other than a big mosque, some ask?
The one we desperately need when no one will avail us when we stand before our Lord.

We didn’t come here to amaze ourselves with stones and chandeliers.
We came here to become acquainted intimately with the one who gave everything its beauty and glimmer. One gaze of acceptance would suffice Ya Rasullullah. Grant that to us.

COME, RECEIVE & DRINK FROM THE REAL ROSE OF MADINAH.

As Mevlana Rumi beautifully sang:

Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn’t matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again , come , come.
