In The Quiet Of My Heart, Ya Rasullulah ﷺ

As I stand before you, Ya Rasulullah ﷺ, my heart feels full in a way words cannot explain. At this age, when time feels gentle and life has softened me, I feel you in every quiet heartbeat. My lips fall silent, yet my soul speaks freely, because what I carry for you feels far greater than language. My words feel small before the mercy you lived and left behind.

I have lived long enough to see seasons change, children grow, grandchildren placed into my arms, prayers answered, and prayers delayed. Through it all, you have remained close, teaching me patience when my strength faded, tenderness when the world felt heavy, and trust when letting go became necessary. Loving you has been woven into my days, into whispered duʿa’, into remembering Allah when the night grows still.

Until I meet my Lord, keep my heart firm in loving you. Let my steps remain steady upon your path, even as they slow. Let my remembrance be constant, for Allah ﷻ has promised, “So remember Me; I will remember you” (Qur’an 2:152). And what greater comfort remains for a heart, than to be remembered by Him.
