May peace and blessings be upon the prophet s.a.w.

Alhamdulillah thanks to Allah, Allah granted me, my father and grandfather to teach me about Allah.

Through the blessings of the prophet and my parents Allah has allowed me to go Umrah three times Alhamdulillah.

I feel very blessed.

My Umrah was a special, amazing and a memorable experience.

People from all over the world come here to perform Umrah and Hajj.

First, we went to Madinah via bus from the Jeddah Airport.

Last year our Umrah was even more special as we got to visit the site of battle of badr before going to Masjidul Nabawi.

I would like to share some pictures of the site of Badr at the end of my reflection.

What I love about Madinah is that I got to stay in my Prophet’s masjid the whole day.

Madinah is special because our Prophet s.a.w is buried there.

I thought the Prophet was buried exactly in the green dome until my father told me that he was buried in the ground when we visited the Jannatul Rawdah.

Beside the Prophet s.a.w, Syd Abu Bakr r.a. and Syd Umar r.a. are buried. The burial spot used to be the house of Syd Aisha r.a.

The masjid was very beautiful with lots of white, pink and other vibrant colors. The lamps in the masjids looked very magical.

When I was doing Tawaf around the Kaaba my feet were hurting but I did not give up and continued doing Tawaf.

I was doing Tawaf with my father. The first time I went Umrah and shaved my hair bald and my father gave me a prize. It was a burger with some fries.

I learned a lot for the past years going to umrah.

I learned to be grateful to ALLAH for making me strong and healthy.

I also learned that there are people who are less fortunate than us when we gave out food to fellow pilgrims.

I look forward to more Umrah trips to visit our Beloved Prophet and see the Kaaba again and again every year.

Ameen.
